Well we got so busy prepping pictures and filling orders at the end of last year that we really got behind on our blog posts so for the next few weeks while we are doing less shooting during the winter months, we will post some of those sessions that we took late last summer and during the fall. Oh what fun it was to take these family portraits in Brighton at Kensington Metropark this past fall. This little family has so much love for each other that their love shows in every shot. This little boy is what we sometimes call a runner. Which means he was not real fond of having his picture taken and liked to run away from the camera so we adjusted the session to work around him and tried to let him do what he wanted while we followed with the camera. Sometimes it works better than others. This time it worked out really well and we got some great shots of everyone. We love capturing joy in real life in our photography so when you book a session plan to get a few posed pictures looking at the camera and if you want we can get some pictures of your family interacting with each other as well.
