Real estate photography is priced based on finished and partially finished square footage and location (sorry we do not do aerial or drone photography). Typically realtors can expect 55 to 70 photo’s that include both inside and outside views of the structure/s and property. The images are sized to 1200 px (perfectly sized for the MLS and Zillow), with a delivery time within 24 hours (Saturday shoots are delivered within 48 hours). - Homes with 1000 sq ft or less of finished/partially finished space (including basement) – $100
- add video both in unbranded and branded format to post on MLS and on realtor website, etc… for additional $40.
- Homes with 1001-1500 sq ft of finished/partially finished space (including basement) – $125
- add video both in unbranded and branded format to post on MLS and on realtor website, etc… for additional $45.
- Homes with 1501-2000 sq ft of finished/partially finished space (including basement) – $150
- add video both in unbranded and branded format to post on MLS and on realtor website, etc… for additional $50.
- Homes with 2001-2500 sq ft of finished/partially finished space (including basement) – $200
- add video both in unbranded and branded format to post on MLS and on realtor website, etc… for additional $55.
- After 2500 sq ft, the price goes up $50 per additional 1 to 500 sq ft, in 500 sq ft increments.
- if adding the video, it goes up $5 per additional 1 to 500 sq ft, in 500 sq ft increments.
- Out buildings will be an extra charge if you want the inside and outside photographed.
- Extra travel time cost for the time to travel to homes beyond 20 miles from our Brighton office is $1 per mile one way.

- Sample of a branded video, The only difference between this and the unbranded video is there is no realtor info at the end of the unbranded video.
